Policy for Returns & Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges are accepted at Sundance & Friends if the item is in new and saleable condition. We ask that you bring a receipt or gift receipt with your item when returning or exchanging. If you are requesting a refund, you need to have your receipt and the item in hand or sent to the store.
Some things to keep in mind…

You may exchange an item for any other item in the store, it does not need to be an exchange for the same artist or item in a different size, color, etc.

If you need to exchange an item for the same thing in a different size, color, or style, please call or email us in advance to ensure we have the item in store and can have it ready for you.

We do offer Credit or Cash Refunds for returns.

You may only return an item for a refund if you have a receipt.

You can ship us an item for return or exchange if you are not in town or in state. See Shipping Policy.

For any items being returned through a mailing service, please call or email us ahead of time informing us of your return or exchange.

Be sure to confirm with an employee that your item is returnable, in new condition, and when we should expect the return to arrive. This allows us to make a note for all staff to be aware and ready when your return or exchange makes it to our store.

Please pack items carefully and include a note inside the package with your name and contact information as well as what you would like to exchange for.

Customer is Responsible for All Shipping Costs - we will contact you for payment for return shipping once we know what the cost is going to be.

Some of our artists (mostly the local ones) can do repairs on their work. If you have an item that has broken, please give us a call to discuss.

Custom orders and special requests are not returnable unless otherwise specified by the artist. If returnable, there may be a restocking fee on some special request items.
